Hooman Sabeti, founder and chairman of Parthian Advisors, is a highly-regarded international finance practitioner and deeply experienced in creating novel and complex funding instruments. He was formerly a partner of Allen & Overy, among the world’s leading law firms, working in Singapore, London and New York. He has advised on a variety of cross-border financings in some 25 countries, including bonds, sukuk, asset-backed securities, IPOs, funds and loans. He has worked with most of the global investment banks and many finance ministries, central banks and capital market regulators. He studied math at Duke University and law at Tulane University, and taught law as an adjunct professor at Singapore Management University.
