Mahdi Heidari

Bio
Mahdi Heidari is Assistant Professor of Economics and Finance at Tehran Institute for Advanced Studies and Khatam University. Before joining TeIAS in 2017, he obtained his PhD in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics. He has master degree in Economics and Finance from University of Naples and MBA from Sharif University of Technology.
His main research interests are in empirical asset pricing and corporate finance areas, especially corporate governance, institutional investors and business groups. He is active in policy-oriented research in Iranian Financial Markets. Thesis Advisor: Magnus Dahlquist
