Mehdi Haghbaali

Bio

Mehdi Haghbaali earned his Ph.D. in Finance from Georgia State University. His main area of research is the intersection of corporate and mutual fund governance, investments, and the network effects in finance. Mehdi earned his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and his MBA from Sharif University of Technology. He has working experience in wealth management and Investment banking industry before joining academia. He joined Tehran Institute for Advanced Studies from June 2021 as assistant professor of Finance and Economics.
