Overview
Subsequent to a thorough study of various academic disciplines, both internationally and domestically, TeIAS noticed the necessity for a higher education Data Science program which, despite being one of the most necessary, popular, and influential fields of study and industry worldwide especially in the 21st century, was not offered by any academic institution in Iran.
After proposing the establishment of this program to the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology and convincing the decision-makers of the importance and practicability of this field, the Master’s Program in Data Science was officially added to the programs offered by TeIAS.
